SONG REVISION POLICY

Revisions are delivered to you within 4 business days

We understand how special every song we deliver is to you and the person you’re giving them to, so we created a song revision policy to help provide options when a song needs some minor changes. Each song revision request is individually reviewed and handled by our Music Support team and they will determine what’s the best solution at that time. Please review the below categories.

Artist Errors
Any errors on the artist’s part (mispronunciations, incorrect details, forgetting to add a name, quality issues, etc.) are expected to be corrected by the artist at no additional cost.

Types of artist errors:

Incorrect Lyric Details - Your lyrics contain incorrect details based on information originally submitted at the time of purchase Please Note: This does not include personal preference changes or new information for lyrics.
Mispronunciations - Names, places, or other words are mispronounced within your lyrics
Playback Issues - Your song is skipping, you feel the mix is a bit off or there are other issues playing throughout your song
Lyric Typos - The typed lyrics of your song don’t match what the artist is singing

Minor Revisions - $45
We understand how important every detail is and we want your song to be perfect. If you need to change a line or two, add a name to the song when you originally requested not to, or need to remove lyric details, Tuni11 charges a $45 fee. Our artists have to get back in the studio to make these changes for you to get your song closer to your vision, so we strongly believe artists should be paid for their extra time and work.

This fee is good for one revision submission, that includes up to three single lyrical changes, up to three vocal re-records, or one lyric line re-write, with up to three vocal re-records.

Types of minor revisions:

Changing Lyrics - Artists write lyrics based on the information you provided, but you have another way to say it from how they said it. We want your song to feel like you created it so this allows you to supply us with a few lyrical notes to get the song closer to your vision.
Incorrect Detail Supplied - There are a few times that original provided information might have an incorrect date, such as your anniversary date, or other key details you incorrectly submitted within your song request. We want your song to be accurate to your story so this allows us to correct anything you supplied incorrectly.

Remove Provided Details - You supplied us with details you don’t want us to use in the lyrics after all and you changed your mind and want them removed.

Major Revisions - $50 +
For more involved and major revision requests Tuni11 will incur additional fees. Depending on the complexity of the revision request type these fees generally range from $50-$100. Our artists do their best to deliver the perfect song for you. For these major revision changes our artists are paid for their extra time and work.

Our goal is to ensure your experience is a great one. We do our best to make the process as smooth as possible from song submission to deliverance of the song to your satisfaction.

**IMPORTANT** Song Revisions we currenlty don't offer due to fulfillment complexities are:

Requests to change or add instrumentation to a song
Requests to perform melodies, words, notes, and runs differently
Re-record full completed songs based on new lyrics you wrote
Fully remove lines in the middle of stanzas, verses, or choruses
Requests to have new artists cover the song of your original artist

Song Replacement Policy - $100
Our Song Replacement Policy allows you to bypass additional Tuni11 fees on a second song while ensuring that the original artist or new artist is compensated for creating it.

Your new song will be different than your original song based on your feedback and new requests (style, mood, genre, artist, etc.). Please note: When working with new artists, we do not ask artists to remake/cover the original artists’ song that has been delivered.

Requests that require a Song Replacement are:

Song Created By A Different Artist - If you want a different artist to create your new song, we strongly suggest browsing all of our available artists and selecting up to three that have the vocal range or sound you want for your new song.
Song Created In A Different Genre/Style - Genres are filled with sub-genres and open for interpretation from one artist to another. If you change your mind about the overall genre you’d like your song created within or your song is not within the sub-genre you were hoping for, we’re here to help. We strongly suggest browsing all our available artists and selecting a few within the genre/style you’re looking for to ensure it aligns with your vision.
Song Created In A Different Tempo - Unfortunately, we cannot “slow down” or “speed up” a song without a full song remake — it wouldn’t sound good. The instrumental would need to be re-created and the vocals need to be re-done to accommodate the tempo change.
Song Created In A Different Mood - Moods can change the vibe of the whole song. If have a different mood in mind for your song, your song will need to be re-created.

**IMPORTANT** Please note, if your original order has an extra verse that you paid for, it does not transfer to your new song. Your original artist was already compensated for the work on the extra verse. Taking advantage of our Song Replacement Policy does not refund your original order, however it gives you a low cost rate on the new song.

Extra Verse - $59.99
Our artists do their best to work as many details into your song as possible while making sure the lyrical details make sense and feel good. Sometimes artists are able to work in majority of the provided details, and sometimes the details are harder to work in. If you’d like more details included into your song, our Extra Verse add-on allows you to add an additional 3-4 details to your song by adding another verse (6-10 lyric lines).

To add an extra verse visit Tuni11’s “Store” and look for the extra verse add-on.

Limit 1 extra verse per song.
